I think that maybe it's too hard for many of us to "talk" openly about the horrors of growing up with an alcoholic parent, so we just avoid coming here, even though we wanted to join in the first place. (My "alcoholic parent" just happened to also be a paranoid-schizofrenic, with a hatred of me, in particular, so you can probably imagine some of the "horrors.")
You can message me, if you want. I won't go into scary details if you won't. ; ) -
